All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of Solid Ground Events Ltd and its contracted photographers.
When purchasing a digital image, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the image for personal use only.
Personal use includes:
Saving to personal devices
Printing for personal display
Sharing on personal social media accounts
Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless written permission is obtained.
Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:
Use by businesses, brands, or sponsors
Advertising or promotional materials
Resale of the image
Use on merchandise
Images of minors must not be used in any way that is inappropriate, misleading, or exploitative.
By purchasing images, you agree:
Not to alter images in a way that misrepresents the athlete or event
Not to use images in any inappropriate, offensive, or harmful context
Not to sell or provide images to third parties for commercial use
Solid Ground Events Ltd reserves the right to revoke usage rights if misuse occurs.
Purchased images must not be:
Resold
Distributed for profit
Shared with media outlets or third parties for commercial purposes
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final.
Refunds will not be issued once images have been downloaded, except in cases of:
Incorrect file delivered
Corrupt file
Technical error preventing access
All photography is conducted in accordance with Solid Ground Events safeguarding policies.
Participation in Solid Ground Events indicates parental / guardian consent for photography in line with event registration terms.
Parents / guardians who have safeguarding concerns should contact us via email
If a parent or guardian wishes an image to be removed from sale for safeguarding reasons, Solid Ground Events Ltd will review and act appropriately.
